Well stayed out of the heat today and made a little heat in the kitchen.I had a lot of crawfish tails that i peel when i have leftover bugg's from the many boils we do,so CRAWFISH ETOUFFEE was on the menu!The roux the butter seafood stock sauce then the plate!BAMB!!!!
