Teddy, yes. It is a quandary. Though if I had to choose between the two, John Adams would edge Teddy out, only very slightly and only in the wild card position.

I'll agree with Coach's chooses for the worse TOP 5 with these exceptions, I'd pull Carter and put Harding in his place and I'd move Obama up in the 2 or 3 spot as I see him and FDR as equals.
