Guys, I know it's hard to not want to do some of the things suggested, but if your not calling the game warden on this guy, and doing everything you need to be in the right, you will only be setting yourself up for issues.
If he is coming within casting distance of you, running his boat, he is harrasing you, which is against the law.
Call the Galveston Game warden, with his TX numbers and a description .... let them handle it .... he has the right to protect himself and his property ..... so don't give him the opportunity.
He clearly is doing this to everyone .... in the coves ....
