Jamaica beach Is just as bad. The city required my neighbor to get a full-blown survey $$ to build the small platform for his Central A/C. It's on the side of the house and his fence is out another 25' in that same direction. STUPID!!

Man that sounds like something you shouldn't have to deal with... You would think after Ike they would have open arms to busness owners... It's hard enough trying to schedule contractors without all of the paper pushing that takes place... I guess nothing runs smooth this day and time... Everyone is justifying a job these days... Let me now when it get done I would love to swing by in a regular bases for a good meal...
