  • Blockade Runners Poll: What paint colors.

Well guys, I've got a friend that owns a Shirley Williams and he's giving me a deal I can't pass up. it's time to pick the paint color. The partners have the final say, but here are the options I reckoned. Feel free to give any serious ideas. No 007, you cannot recommend pink. It's silly and it's already been done at the Flamingo.

I had originally thought to go with a pastel "seafoam/olive green" that my old camp in La. was painted. But perhaps rather than an omage to the past, I should go with a decidedly "Blockade Runner" type color scheme.

Seafoam with white or white with light gray trim or light gray and white trim. Everything fades, but warm colors fade the fastest.

I think Sea foam/White is a good color scheme

I with Keith and Kenny on this one. Just don't paint it some funky color like some I have seen!

You're a coon ***......why paint it. I didn't think they knew what paint is?
I think you should go with a Camo color scheme and then people won;t be able to see you out there!
Seriously though.......I like Kenny's idea. All the novelty colors have been done and you don't want to be repainting it all the time.

Not looking for a novelty thing. That's why I reckoned I'd go with history either way.
