  • Notice difference in Swellinfo.

We all know the site http://www.swellinfo.com/surf-forca...ton-texas.html but I went to the bottom on the page and clicked on SURF FORECASTS, then on FREEPORT TX. Surfside comes up and noticed a few differences that a 30-40 min drive ,to hit the surf, might make. The chart swells/surf are about the same. The "Detailed Surf Forecast" on left is different than galveston, the wind mph different, and tides also. I know they are different locations, what would be nice to know is how accurate this is. Take Wednesday 26, in surfside it shows wave in red, for galv. smaller waves, both for afternoon. Same day there seems to be an extra high tide in surfside at 12:04pm, I think, galv. only H 4:20am L 8:48pm. Weatherman vs. Swellinfo. I'll be in surf no matter what wednesday and check that so called extra high in surfside. Will post up.
