  • Free to a good home "English Springer Spaniels"

My supervisor wants to give away these 2 dogs. All he ask is that it will be a loving home and the dogs will not be mistreated. They can be seperated. He said the are pedigreed and have papers but they are not registered.
He also request to have the right to use the black male as a stud in the future if he desires.
The liver and white dog is approx 3 years old and the Tricolor black is approx one year old.
Pups of this class average $400-$500 dollars so free is a good deal.

If interested give me a PM and a number to reach you.

Is there a difference. he owner called them English Springer Spaniels and I see in the garage section that Mike was selling Springer Spaniels but the two breeds do not look the same.
Are these pics he sent me English Springers?

These are English Springer Spaniels. I own one and have another at my parents house. Best dogs I've ever had by far. The LVR/White is a springer spaniel for sure. The tri-color I'm not so sure... it has the looks but I wonder if it's a slight mix. I've only seen black/white or LVR/white coloring before. I've never seen a tri-color one but, that's not to say that it's not legit, and if the guy has AKC papers then that should be enough proof for anyone. I think the other dogs you were referring to in the garage sections were English Pointer pups, and those are a completely different breed. Springer Spaniel and English Springer Spaniel are the same thing... Most people just drop the English part and call them Springer Spaniel for short.

Ah, thanks for the explaination. :-)
I Tri-color must be legit becuase that is the one he is requesting to maybe borrow for a future stud.
