RSC is the rental supply company where you can rent machinery and such. Just a compnay tourney. My party and I won it last year with a couple of 3 and 4 pounders. Not many people caught fish that day. It was a tough bite and not too many good fishermen were entered. It is at the restaurant under the bridge in the clear lake channel. my mind is drawing a blank!!!??? Outriggers!! Thats it.Capt Craig Lambert
