Decided to go out and hit the water late in the evening yesterday in La Marque around 5pm. Didnt feel like spending money on any oversized live shrimp so i use the ones i had in the freezer. Soon as i put the line in the water the bite was on after about 5 seconds and lasted about an hr n a half catch total was over 30 drum( kept 3) mostly puppy drum and about 8 hardheads, wind turned on and the bite stopped.
