OK - that is funny. Four years ago, we were here and Elsa Peretti was staying in the cottage next door. Among other things, Elsa is the chief designer for Tiffany jewelry.

Elsa has this extremely deep voice for a female - and when I showed her this photo that I had just taken, she screamed "BELLISIMO!" Nancy and I still look at each other and say "BELLISIMO!"

Here is a famous photo of Elsa - taken in 1975.

I always use the feminine "a", rather than the "o". It just sounds prettier that way.

That pic of the pelican is phenominal. I see that it is copyrighted. May I have permission to put it on my computer? - Sandy

Very nice pictures. How does someone get to stay in the cottage next door? Is it by special permission, or does it just take $.

It just takes $$. The cottage next door ("Two Steps Closer") is a full-time rental. See this link. Our cottage ("Hidden Treasure") is also a rental when we are not here.
