  • More sac-a-lait!

Me and my cousin caught 39 keepers from 2-8 pm friday. Maybe 15 or so throwbacks. Biggest was just shy of 14.5 in. All caught on jigs. Get it while its hot. Gooooood eats

    GOD BLESS AND GIG'EM!

I hope I catch a 10 lb trout before I catch a flesh eating bacteria.

Not that much different than a Karankawa indian hunting the shallows at night with a torch and a spear.

Never ate a crappie...I hear they are good. Do they taste like croaker or whiting ? Those two are fine eats too...they don't get much respect, but the meat fried up is as good as any. My kids would fight over the crispy croaker tails, crunchy like potato chips.

Crappie is the best. They are big enough to get fillets as well

Better. Crappie is the only fish that I would put above snapper. Its close mind you, but crappie barely have the edge.
