Lunch with a legend

I'm sure you all like cajun food. And just to rub it in I had a 4 hour lunch with Cajun chef and Magic Seasonings developer Chef Paul Prudhomme. This guy is awesome and when he speaks about food he has such passion.

You know, I'm a New Orleans native. I lived there for 27 solid years and I never ate at his restaurant. If we went downtown, which wasn't often, it had to be Antoine's.
