I know a lot of you guys that cook & eat crawfish pride yourself at making them hot enough to melt aluminum, but since there are all kinds of people coming including wives and kids it would be good if they aren't too hot to eat!
Really hot doesn't make them taste better, it just makes them hotter.

Kenny no prob.Im here to please all my buddies,We start out mild and end up hot.I have two big pots and we can keep one mild and one hot also.Don't sweat it come have fun and find me if you need or have prob.with somethen.
OK im Ready to ROMP,I have contacted Coe today every thing is looken good.The crawfish and seasonig i will be picking up,Is there anybody that has or knows someone at a grocery store and can try to get us some cases of corn and red poppas?

I'll be there-maybe with 3-4 others or at least Mona. I'm planning "Guy's weekend" with my buddies-fish, drink, play poker, but if it's spota downpour, we'll postpone guy's weekend til the 22nd, but if not pouring, plan on at least 4 of us.
