I am proud to announce that I launched Bayou City Toffee in the Summer of 2023. Last year was spent sourcing inventory bags, redesigning the website and getting the word out. A tradition of my grandfather (Briscoe) during Christmas time, can now be sourced year round. The recipe has been in the family for decades and is the best toffee ever.
