I am guessing that you "dress right" and that when you are wading, you don't mind peeing in your pants which runs down your leg into your boot. You probably think nothing of it but after a while, it shows. Try dressing left for a while and see what happens.

Talked to the guy at the fishing show "well our guides get new one every 2 or 3 months" I started laughing, the guy looked at me and I said well I've wore mine 2 or 3 times in the last 3 months and there falling apart !!!

Kenny I have no idea why they would be doing that unless there was some type of stained water or debris under that one foot ! Stranger things have happened.
