  • Blockade Runners Friday/Saturday

I'm planning on heading to the camp this evening and stay until noon Saturday before heading straight to the cook off. If anyone wants to come down for the night, just let me know. I have to get out there to clean things up a bit before my dad and other Louisiana guests get here next week. If anyone wants to come, we can fire up the lights tonight. - Sandy

Sandy, I can make it and not sure about the cook off yet either. Wish I could. Let me know what your dad thinks about the clock......

Wind Forecast, Jamaica Beach, TX. Wind 7 mph building to 12 mph through 5am, then to 13 mph. Decreasing to 9mph by 10am Saturday.

                  Should be nice.

The great thing about being busy Austin, is that you never have any time to be unhappy. When I was in nursery school they had a parent's night. All the parents came and they asked what each set of parents wished for their boy and girl. My dad said, "I wish for Sandy always to be busy. Because when you're busy, you don't have time to be unhappy." By accident or design, I'm always busy. I recommend it to everyone.
