  • Updated the trailer

After getting a hole in the bottom of the boat we found out that carpet was causing electorlysis. So we needed to get the carpet off the bunks to stop rotting out the bottom of the boat. Well when TXSHOCKWAVE was done with fixing the boat he looked at the trailer and told us we needed to have longer bunks because the boat was piviting on the front of the bunks and suggested 8ft bunks. Well me and my dad decided we wanted 2X6's layed flat across for more coverage. So we came up with the idea to mount them to some new 2X4's and to put some skids on the 2X6's. Well my dad had some rubber industrial gasket material at work so he brought some home and we made the bunks yesterday and installed them today while I fished a little. But with this wind in such a big little boat it was hard and I didn't make but probably 10 casts and ran around and played in the boat a little.

Theres still one more pic of the original bunks. Just gotta get it to my phone.
