Can anyone recommend a Tohatsu mechanic. I need to get my prop shaft replaced after I hit the Ematty submerged dredge pipe.

I think Boat Right Marine puts Tohatsu motors on their boats, might be worth giving them a call.

Try Donny Tran. They are 30 minutes from East Maty. I had my BC have a loose wire that burned out the starter soliod on the 2nd trip. Only time I was in E Maty and not a lot of boats and the only one we saw took off when we hit the horn at them. YOu dream of days down there with out 40 boats within a mile of you.

Talked with Donny's mechanic and found that you can use a screwdriver to jump across the starter and we were off and going. Went by left the boat and got it the next weekend. Do not worry about the rope they give you to start he motor. Unless you got a BIG old boy with you. FishFinder could not get a lot of rpms with the rope.

They will probably be at the Holder show.
