You'll be lucky to have 50 people at the crawfish boil. You ever been to a 2cool music jam or beach party. 50- 75 people show up and they have 30,000 members.
I would use a free or very cheap pavillion like here at JB or at JT's Low Tide Lounge and Marina. How about Galveston County park on Clear Creek on Hwy. 3?
