Man, I've ALWAYS wanted to do a lobster like a BIG crawfish like that. I'm thinkin' the soak time is going to have to be wayyyyy more than the requisite minimum 20 minutes I use for crawfish. Probably needs an hour or so. Tell us how it was please.
