Any recommendation on the closest boat ramp to get to south jetty from Galveston?

Any recommendation on the closest boat ramp to get to south jetty from Galveston?

Causeway fishing or over on the Texas city dike are going to be the closest aside from the yacht basin in Galveston. I’m not sure the public can use the yacht basin ramp anymore though.
