  • 5/11/20 Quickie

Decided to get a “quickie” since COVID has me working from home and not wasting 1+ hours/day commuting in/out of downtown. Slipped in the water about 4:45 in shell out at the intercoastal. Picked these up plus a rat red and another flounder about 12” who got paroled. Never could find any concentration of trout to speak of. [emoji848]. Saw lots of little slicks popping up, but could have been all the birds harassing me and depositing liberal propaganda!!

Saltwater Assassin paddle tail - New Penny - 1/4 oz chartreuse jig head. I usually throw 1/8 oz, but it was windier than a widow’s bridge club out there, and needed it for into/cross wind casting.

When I first read the title to this thread tho, I had a flashback to the 80's and downtown Houston at lunch when Robalo was a young man and known on a first name basis at all the gentlemen clubs.

I wonder if the Chinese Virus was around back then would he have curtailed his activities.

You know JT, my mind went to the gutter too. Quickie, nooner, afternoon delight.

              At any rate, nice flatties.

I don't dig the ChiComms-I'm too Conservative. But yes, I'm sad that I can't help young ladies with their tuition for Med School thanks to Leanalot HilDOG-O.
"Hey Hillary, regarding the Benghazi Attack on 9/11-we'll just blame it on that movie, not my total lack of security. By the way, what's so significant about 9/11 anyway-was that a date my buddy Bill Ayers of the Weather Underground blew up a government building?" asked Obama to Hillary.
