On the water from 0800-1130. End of the incoming tide and first part of the falling tide. Water temp was 65-68. Wind was from the SE around 5-7. Meacom’s- Water moving pretty good. One small trout on a pink lil John. On top of the shell. North shoreline of West Bay had more bait/mullet activity. No bites. Best part about that area was the sunshine and view across the bay. Beautiful morning. We drifted Green’s next. Several trout, drum, and small reds. All seemed to be caught on a slow steady retrieve. All on paddle tails. Found several reds North of Bird Island on the way in. The reds were right off the shell.
Trout had minnow/shad in their gut. Reds had sand eels and shrimp.

    Thanks for the report!
From 1970-1997, true heaven on Earth existed on the banks of Bayou Cook. "Hey Dad, Thanks for buying the Camp."
