Be thankful it's not gout like I have. Also, I have some of the closed cell spray foam for the bedroom walls and ceilings .....for free it looks like, usually it's about $700.00 per kit .

Coach, can't make it this weekend, got the grandkids all weekend. Maybe next weekend. Hope the foot feels better soon. You know what they say? "The first half of your life you spend abusing your body and the second half you spend paying for it." Dang, if I'da known that I'da wouldn't done half the stuff I did. Nah, not really. Wouldn't change a thing. Anyway, take care of yourself & Fat Albert, too.

Don't think I'd change much eather Buddy. Only thing I might have done different is trip before I finished that pass route over the middle to that Mike backer that made me have to learn to walk again. Just did another treatment and had a beer. Feels better.

Looks like I'm scrubbing it tomorrow. I hate to miss a sunny day, but I think I'll follow the doc's orders tomorrow and stay off of it for a while. I was thinking about helpin' out Bountyhunter and 007 tomorrow at the memorial, but I'd be darn useless.

Looking like I can probably get out there next weekend. I'll see if I can pick up the stuff during the week and we'll get it finished out to the point where you can put all the insulation and walls up (we may have to leave a small spot open where the panel box will be so I can finish the hookup for the generator). I have a guy that works for me that might tag along to help me a bit. Shouldn't take more than 2 or 3 hours.

I've got the same foot problems -- it sucks! I had molds made of my feet 7 or 8 years ago and they made me some custom orthodics (sp?) to put in my work boots. Took a while but everything finally got better. I've also had steroid shots in my heels -- that helps a lot also. Hurts like hell for the first day though. Seemed like the morning was the worst time for me after I'd been off it all night. If you don't have any stomach or heart problems try taking an anti-inflammatory. I was prescribed celebrex but I found that Aleve (naproxen sodium) worked just as well.

I'll give you a shout or pm you towards the end of the week and let you know when I can get loose. Feel Better!

Sounds great Mike! Just pick up whatever you think we'll need and I'll reimburse you. I've got $200 saved up for the job. I don't mind going over that though, I'll just have to pay you the rest after the 25th.

As far as my foot, I think it was poorly fitting boots that did it to me during the Ghost Camp job. I've read a lot about it now and poorly fitting shoes are a big cause, and of course being overweight doesn't help. I stay away from pills in general. We'll see how it feels after a weekend of rest. It feels better this morning after a proper treatment last night. I'm not looking forward to the bucket of ice right now though.
