I doubt it unless it was at the Offat's Bayou treatment plant. Just watch out for floating 'Hillarys and Bernies' in the bay. Likely was the plant off Port Industrial Blvd. is my guess-the COG has released lots of **** in the bays over the years. It's not really that big a deal... 135,000 gallons is less than an acre foot of water and Galveston Bay is approximately 2.3 million acre feet of water.
Also, think about all the animal feces and bacteria that ran in with the flood water. But there are natural processes to take care of all that. It's the Dioxin sludge that we don't want. These sewage spills are no big deal even as sizable as this one is. Just the news being the news. Yawn..Comment
