Yes there is. I got with Paul and Stev about this and here is the remedy.
1- Buy a couple of pints of ultra clear CPVC glue. Must be ultra clear
2- Buy MEK at hardware store
3- Do not use plastic of any kind, instead go to dollar store and buy a SS receptacle with a sealed lid for mixing.
4- Get some dry glitter of your choice at hobby lobby or craft store.
5- Get safety glasses and mask for odor.
6- turn on a fan
7- set up a work station by rolling out newspaper and a place to hang your lures when done.
8- take off all rings and hooks
9- mix 50% glue and 25% MEK adjust the consistency until its thick enogh to bind to the lure but light enough to run off evenly.
10- add the gliter to the mix. be carefull not to put to much glitter a little goes a long way.
11- cut a small piece of wire and loop through the nose of the bait and dip in mixture.
12- lift out and let run off wait 3 minutes and dip a second time
13- DONT DO THIS ON A RAINY DAY. Air needs to be dry and the fan needs to air dry them don't heat them up.
14- let hand over paper for 24 hours.
15- rehook them and go fishing.
To test your mixture use a old throw away bait before you dip the rest to get the mix right. Store the mixture in the SS container as it will melt plastic and make a mess. Use good ventilation while doing this also. They literally look good as new. You can even change some of the colors up as you go. I do this all the time. It will also seal up any holes in the baits.

Explain how the glitter restores the color please? I could see using glitter (plastic) that would melt in MEK and color the whole solution maybe, other wise you're not fixing the faded color you're making a glitter Corky instead. Like I said tail dip is good on Corkys. It also works on hard plastic plugs."GET OFF MY REEF!"

Hot glue gun to fix small tears. Tail dip like Kenny said for color:......
Other than that I would just go buy new ones instead all the other crazy bla bla bla bla

I own a lot of these. Mainly the broken backs. The glitter just helps bring back some of the pop. The glue / mek mix brings a lot of the colors back almost to original. Tes there is still some fading but the lures will last quit a bit longer. Just a thought. I did this a few times and it did save me some money in the long run, but like I said I have a lot of these.
