  • Power Pole parts

OK..now I'm desperate. I acquired a Power Pole frame (Sportsman II) from a friend. I have scavengered a pump/reservoir, made a mounting bracket for the pump, Eddie gave me a mounting bracket for the PP frame (off the motor mounts) that he couldn't use, got the relays, fittings and switch from another friend, (bought the parts I couldn't beg borrow or steal--). Fishing friends are the best a man can hope for. I have all the parts mounted, the wiring and hydraulics complete.

Now all I am missing is the hydraulic piston (ram) inside the frame. New ones are about $200.00 from a variety of dealers but I am hoping to acquire one a LOT cheaper from my friends. I don't want to take advantage of anyone, but if there's someone out there that can hook me up, there's a fishing trip in the bargain for 'ya.

PM if you can help me out.......it's a bi***ch to be poor!

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer everyone!

Power Pole already sent me a new pole. They have the best warranties in the business (ANY BUSINESS). They didn't ask a single question, just sent me a new pole (the old one was a little beat up). I have no doubt that they would send me a new piston, but I would have to tell them that the one I have failed or something and I can't do that to them. I can't take advantage of their generosity, etc.

To those sending me advice thru Tapatalk, know that I am too stupid to answer you thru that medium......but I really appreciate you're trying to help me. You guys are the best..........

Hey bro go to a hydraulic shop and maybe they have some used parts to sell you for cheap! They replace parts on farm equipment and construction equipment all the time. It's worth a shot, just saying.
