Hey guys, just had my lower unit resealed a little over 2 months ago. I've used the boat a whopping 3 times since then. The first trip was less than an hour thanks to a fuel leak and mysteriously half cut transducer cable sparking right next to said fuel leak. Second trip was a normal 3-4 hour trip and the third time was a weekend at BR. Noticed today that i've got a little oil leaking from around the prop and decided to check the oil. Needless to say if oil can get out, water can get in. Looking for recommendations on a mechanic that works on Mercury as Acies does not.

Im sorry bout your motor bro...never had good luck with the black anchor. Owned two of them brand new and i had nothing but trouble. I could never find a good shop to work on them either. Hope you get your screw fixed.

Had a 15hp same year model that NEVER gave me problems, only time it gave me problems is when I took it in to get the water pump changed as routine maintenance and the shop didn't seal it back up right. Other than that it ran great everytime, really hated selling it.
