Guide Out of Kemah

I'm helping organize a business outing out Kemah in September. A guide name Bobby Lavender was recommended.

He is not familiar to me. I need to be sure he can put greenhorns on fish. Does anyone know of him?

Our business group is staying in South Shore Harbor and Kemah is rael close. Will have women and other greenhorns in group. No need to catch specks and reds. Sand trout and croaker OK. Does Paul Marcaccio fish out of Kemah or San Leon?
