Sorry guys I really wanted to be there but lest minute my sister came down from Dallas and we went out. Really sorry I missed it guys. Round of beers on me at the next one. Glad I did miss it though, while we didn't have much luck we saved a wade fisherman's life last night. He got pulled about 100 yards off mosquito island off the dike and had been swimming for about 10-15 minutes and was only getting drug out further. I pulled up to him and tried to pull him in but he was so weak his shoulder dislocated. I quickly jumped in and used my body to help him float ( no pfd). After a few minutes he was able to get it in place and I was able to thrust him onto my back steps and climbed in myself. He was thankful but I still gave him a lecture about pfds when in strong current areas and wading alone. Again sorry about not making it but I thank God I was there since I didn't see any other boats near me all night.
