Does anyone know of a prop guy that will possible meet you and find the best prop for your boat? I recently bought a power tech and its the wrong wheel for my boat and motor. It had bad ventilation problems. I had a cyclone which wasnt a bad prop but it was the wrong pitch for the boat. It never had the ventilation problems like the power tech did. It would lose bite on turns in rough water at high speed. My motor does sit high on the boat buttherrs no way to change that. Motor is on last hole and so is the jack plate. I asked pathfinder if maybe i could go from a 6inch plate to a 10 but that was a no go. So im backbto finding a prop that will work for me and im not wanting to just buy buy buy. I already have a brand new prop that doesnt work so if anyone is looking for a ox4 14.5x 21p let me know. Prop has five minutes on it.

You should go talk to Louie Baumann at Baumann Marine. He will more than likely be able to get you fixed up. -

Maybe install a hydrofoil on the lower unit to keep your flukes in the water a little more and cut down on any cavitation... just a thought.Comment

Looks like ill give him a call. Iw it even possible to change pitch ? Might just let him cup the messed up eats and buy anew prop if he can't.Comment
