When most people can't back up there motor vehicle out of the driveway. This guy stabs his boat in the water going around an inconsiderate idiot that was blocking the boat ramp. Just wondering what is powering his boat if they don't use anything motorized and I can see a propeller on his rig. Maybe some kind of hand cranked outboard? Pretty cool video.
