  • Water Is Getting Pretty High

I live in the fm 1960/spring area and streets are flooded and the police have closed down 249 since 2am. I have a couple of friends that have been stranded and have not been able to get home since 1am coming home from work. Hope you guys stay high and dry and don't take any chances with rising water. Stay safe.

Been stuck at my girlfriend's house in cypress since last night. This is what her neighbors car looks like at the moment. Looks more like a boat now.Click image for larger version

0.04 inches in Hitchcock as of 0600 this morning. Have a feeling it's coming though.

The rain had slowed down a bit but has picked up in the last few minutes. Supposed to be another big wave coming.

The front is almost to Austin. The current rain is training a SW to NE direction and is pinned there by a West to East low pressure trough right below Houston.
