Got these mamas wading from 8:00 to 11:00 today. Didn't start biting till around 10 when the sun came out and the tide started moving in nice. From 2.5# to 6#ers....all on pearl topwaters. Beats working!!!!!

Details for those interested.....
These fish were in about 2 1/2' of water over a kinda soft mud/shell bottom. Most of the trout I have been catching have been on this kind of bottom. Hard reefs have been a waste of time-at least for me lately. Glow and chartreuse soft plastics and bone or pink top-waters have been the best producers when wading.
