Honda Outboards

The rep for Hondas being HEAVY is that they are. Only 24 pounds more than which 2 stroke was my question. It's been about 5 years since I really looked at them though. Honda makes good stuff. There's not a lot of things from lawnmowers to cars that they're not top of the line in reliability. Nobody's going to question that. All said, I don't see many Hondas on the water here or in LA. I think it's a lack of dealer/service places, kind of like Suzuki. If you've got a shop though, that doesn't matter.

So they are "HEAVY" motors? I am confused.

I saw a Honda pull out of moses slip the other day. I couldn't even hear it running. I'm not a big fan of Japanese products but I had a Honda 50 motorbike when I was 12 and no matter how much I abused it, I'd make it from Freeport to Angleton on a quarter every other day til I found a girl in Clute twice as pretty.
