  • C.O.E. proposes dredging San Luis pass-sand replenishment

Here's a link for the Corps plan regarding San Luis Pass.

Hope they do it-glad to see my taxes used on something that benefits me for once instead of free stuff for gimmedats.
"Hey Hillary, regarding the Benghazi Attack on 9/11-we'll just blame it on that movie, not my total lack of security. By the way, what's so significant about 9/11 anyway-was that a date my buddy Bill Ayers of the Weather Underground blew up a government building?" asked Obama to Hillary. BEAUTIFY AMERICA, RUN OVER A LIBERAL, THEN BACK UP AND SEE IF HE'S DEAD.

Thanks Jerry. I read the story last night on 2cool, but was 2tired to post it up here. Complete p.i.t.a. while a dredge and miles of pipe are working there, but afterwards.....beach replenishment along with a channel thru the pass will be great for the area, for as long as it lasts.

Looks like that's going to be a good thing for your area, Jerry! Maybe J.T. won't be running aground so much. Lol

This is key here... That pass is going to do what it wants. I think it's good to add some sand to the beach though, I'm just not sure they should bother with making a channel.
