  • Finally called for back up!

    Well I did it. I ordered my first trout support video. So much info in it that it's unreal!!! Thanks again Tobin for answering all my questions before I bought the video. Like ppl say, you are top notch! Thanks again.

    I second that! Tobin is a great guy. I have the 4 dvd set and would highly recommend them.

      I watched the catching big trout DVD Friday . A great instructional tool . I also watched Kevin Cochren 's big trout video .

        Yup plugger I did too, then I kept thinking about the last trip I made and lots of mistakes were made. Lol that's why it's called fishing. Lol

          It's a combination of information learned from others .... Books , àrticles , DVDs , persons ... And self experience , observation , and time on the water . If one lives close to the water unlike myself , you have the advantage of spur of the moment trips to fish in various conditions .

            That's true plugger, I live in alvin. Only 20 min from chocolate but unfortunately I don't get to go as often as I would like due to being an on call hotshot driver. But when I do go from now on it'll be worth it because I'll have the videos to reflect back on!

                One thing I have been doing is taking notes, Often I am driving down toddville in seabrook and see birds working, I write it down, and
                after a bit you will see a pattern. When the water went WAY out , i made mental notes as to where the water was for later, Now I understand what the seabrook flats are. I have recently purchased the get limits of specs DVD and its great source of information.

                  Lol I used to be, so I did something about it plugger. I was just like you, but with ppl with boats. Give 'em the old stink eye cuz they had a boat and I was landlocked. Lol

                      I'm going to have to buy some of these videos. I've been bass fishing my whole life and have had minimal luck in the salt water. I'm tired of coming off the water say, we'll that's why they call it fishing. Lol
