Coldest I've been is 40 degrees below zero. I was in Chanute AFB Illinois during the winter. Saw many minus 20's, 10's a few 30's. Left Illinois when it was 4 degrees and and got to San Antonio. Met my parents at the airport, and my MOM said to bundle up, because it was 49 degrees. I told her I just left 4 degrees and it was warm. Don't want to go through snow again. Saw to much of it. I have a picture that says: keep off the grass. All you see is white. Lord Bless.

I was in NYC years ago for ZERO degrees. I swore to myself that I would never again venture north of the Mason-Dixon between the months of October and April. It's been 12 years and I've kept that promise. From 1970-1997, true heaven on Earth existed on the banks of Bayou Cook. "Hey Dad, Thanks for buying the Camp."
