Been very busy with work this past month, but a got a few days off and took full advantage of them, fished the Galveston channel Tuesday and caught plenty of flounder 17-19" we caught 4 good ones 22-24" and kept them.
Wed I hit west bay solo around noon and found plenty of trout over shell and mud ended up with my limit of trout and caught 3 nice keeper reds on topwater later in the day, actually caught a keeper trout and keeper red in one cast on a bone one knocker topwater and landed them, which is definitely a first for me.
Thursday hit the same area early and caught a quick limit of trout again and then went home. No big trout either day but solid fish 17-20" and released many more of the same size.
