I've got two of the 90.00 dollar models and one 150.00 dollar one. Don't remember the model or what they're called but they are baitcasters and as sweet as any reel I've ever owned. They cast and handle fish with any Shimano I've ever owned and I've got plenty. They stay on the rod rack gathering cobwebs with very occasional use since I've been fishing the Lew's. Jmo.

Got two older spinning reels my old left me that I think are older than me. They are larger than I normally use and are on my surf rods. I've replaced the handle bearings on both a few years back and work just as good as when he bought them.

I have a Lew's Tournament Speed Spool MSB. Honestly I haven't used it much since I rigged it up with braid for flounder fishing. I grew up on Zebcos early ages 5-12 then I got my first Garcia 5000 from my dad. Been fishing Garcia's predominantly ever since with a Shimano or two thrown in over the years.

I've been using a BB1 pro, and a Tournament pro. I just ordered a Team Lew's lite. The other reel that they have that is very interesting is the Tournament Lite Speed Spool. It's spec'd same as the Team news lite, same cast control and braking system, same 11 bearings, and same weight at 5.7 ounces. It has a Carbon frame and carbon side plates for like $40 cheaper. All the reel in that category as well as the BB1 Inshore (now mostly BB2's) are great and are holding up nicely. Lew's has been increasing quality in their reels and it's showing, they are truly delivering to the specs that we are asking for. I like them.

Im not sure what model I have but boy is it a great reel. My good buddy Kenny gave me one and he has 2 or 3 I believe. I was sold just on the concept C reels until he gave me that LEWS. I love it.
