That's great Tom ! Keep it up . I feel a little better each day . At first I was told not to lift anything over 10 pounds . So , I had to go to the kitchen twice to plate my food . Now , I can load my 10 pounds of food and carry it as usual . I'm doing some light exercise . I run to the kitchen when supper is ready and walk back to the couch afterwards .

At 5 weeks today. So far I have lost 24lbs. Next week I get to start driving again and I am so looking forward to that!
Still a little weak but each day gets better.
