Just got back from 9 days in Alaska fly fishing for monster rainbow trout. Fished in the Katmai region 250 miles west of Anchorage. Float plane trips out from the lodge each day to different rivers. My single best day was 59 rainbows. Caught more than 200 fish for the week. Besides trout also caught silver salmon, chum salmon, grayling, and char. This was my 7th Alaskan fishing trip...can't recommend strongly enough!

You should have casted to the bears. That way you can say: I caught the big one. Just kidding. Definitely don't want to get close to them. Great report and Nice picture. Lord Bless.
