I Hit the water before sunrise with shrimp to no avail. After cast netting some nice mullet my day really started around noon. The water was a lot browner then normal in my usual spots. All In all it turned into a good day back at the dock around 4pm. I don't think ill ever buy shrimp again. I love my plastics anyway, just thought will all boat competition on sunday shrimp would be the ticket. Keep those lines tight as always

Nice box! So you caught 'em on mullet or lures? They wouldn't bite shrimp? Hmmmm.

It was the weirdest thing I had a Qt of the biggest juiciest shrimp I have seen in years and they could catch a fish to save my life. Lucky I had my cast net and could find some mullet cause by the time I gave up on the shrimp it was to hot for top waters. I think one of the trout might have been on a huge dead shrimp I couldn't let go to waste.
