I have fished under the lights many times to get some fish in the cooler. I have never caught size but always numbers, well last Friday night was a very welcoming surprise! Click image for larger version

I couldn't figure out how to enlarge these but we caught our limit of reds, all over 26" and we caught three over 29" that we released including my 31" red. My buddy in the background sure did enjoy getting in my picture. The most incredible thing was we didn't have a net so we had to reach down about 4 feet to grab these reds to haul on the pier. Also what makes any fishermen smile is outfishing folks throwing live bait. We keyed in on what they wanted and they paid for it. All in all, great night!

    Good looking fish.

This is on Pleasure Island in Sabine but ill tell you anyway. I was using the H&H hackberry hustler purple and gold on a 1/8 oz jig head. Thanks everyone! Keep them lines tight for me as school started back up so itll be even harder to get on the water.
