Hard to see it from this pic but the red fish in the picture is tagged!! Met this guy ( holding the red) as we were leaving the ramp TxCity yesterday. Caught a tagged red but WASNT SIGNED UP!!!! Biggest nightmare of the story is His buddy the (boat owner) dejected looking guy in the back of the picture was registered but handed his rod to this guy for just a second to bait another line when it hit!! $60K red down the pooper right there boys! NEVER take anyone fishing during the STAR if they are not signed up. I'm sick for the guy!!!
