  • Need a Jeep repair place in Galveston.

So my buddy Ziggy from New Orleans was supposed to meet me at the ramp at SLP at 1am and come out to the camp for the weekend. BUT 14 miles short of the Bolivar ferry, he broke an axle on his Jeep. His front left tire is completely wonky. I'm on the ferry now headed to pick him up. Question is, where should we have it towed in the morning? If anyone has any suggestions, I'm all ears. I don't think it has to be a Jeep place. Just looking for an honest mechanic that can have him on the road PDQ. He says he can get the parts from Auto Zone. Thanks Y'all. - Sandy

He said everyone else charges too much. Not sure if he wants to tow it that far or not.

Thanks Y'all. I've been having computer issues. He's having it towed to N.O., which was only $110 more than towing it to Kemah. LOL. That's messed up.
