Tourney Winners! 8-1-15 Report!

I had the pleasure of fishing the Tejas Vaquero Pescador Challenge in Galveston Bay this past Saturday. Our team took 1st Place in the unguided division! It was a Slam format and we had our reds by 7:30a. The wind was blowing NE-ish and West Bay quickly turned ugly. So we headed to East Bay to find our trout. My buddy landed a 5.9 lb trout which pretty much assured us a spot in the winner's circle.

Final total...8 nice reds, 15 trout. We had a plan and it came together nicely! Great day on the water!
