So back at the Blackjack tournament I was the winning bidder on a half day trip with Greg Francis...he delivered the goods Thursday...big time! Me and 2 buddies hit the water with Pimp before sunrise and we hammered them! We probably caught 75 trout on various soft plastics. Kept our 30...with a couple of 4's and one that went north of 5 lbs that were released. It was awesome! AP's worth every penny!
Yesterday me and the same 2 buddies went for an early wade and got in to some reds and trout. Caught 4 keeper reds and a 22" trout on Chicken on a Chain Salt Assassins over grass. Out of the water by 9:30a.
Going to spend the next few days on the beach with the kids. What a great couple of days!
