I know a guy that uses big shark hooks to suspend himself. Craziest thing I've ever witnessed. He used 8 in his back and arms and had 2 girls put the hooks in and hook the lines to a main line that went through a pulley on the ceiling and they pulled him up till his feet were about a foot off the ground. He stayed suspended for about 10 minutes.
