I've never done one of these but I'm an excellent prep chef and I do cook quite a bit. So what is it I need to be doing now? I've got tons of spare time...lets put it to use some how!

Donations are always welcome if you are coming out and want to help out. It will all go for the cookoff and left over cash will go to the charity. Unless you want to donate beer/liquor then it will be consumed.
